WealthAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal financial management purposes:

- Subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy
- Without modification, reverse engineering, or decompilation
- Without distributing, sublicensing, or transferring to others
- Without using automated tools or bots to access the service
Account Registration
While WealthAI does not require mandatory account registration, certain premium features may require:

- Maintain the security of your device and data
- Not use the application for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
- Not attempt to hack, compromise, or reverse engineer the application
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use automated tools or bots to access the service
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
WealthAI and all related content, features, functionality, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by WealthAI or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
AI Assistant Usage
Our AI financial assistant provides general financial guidance and educational information only:
- Recommendations are not personalized financial advice or investment advice
- We recommend consulting licensed financial advisors for complex financial decisions
- Voice interactions are processed securely and not stored on our servers
- Image analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions
- We are not liable for any financial decisions based on AI recommendations
- AI capabilities are continuously improving but may not be 100% accurate

- Interruption of service or downtime

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WealthAI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the application, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to WealthAI immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy
- Illegal or fraudulent use of the application
- Security concerns or suspicious activities
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- At our sole discretion for business reasons
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
